So you want a glow up right ! As a teenage guy i bet you’re looking for a glow up to level up your style game to boost your confidence.

It can be quite hard at times to figure out how to glow up and become a better version of yourself.

In this modern world, these womens can absolutely transform the way that they look through makeup, jewelry, accessories, hair and also their stylish outfits which embrace their attractiveness. 

So as guys, we can also do that too. This is how you can easily glow up and improve your overall physique and facial attractiveness from the scale of 1 to 10.

Glow up Tips for Men.

1. Get a good aesthetic physique .

So do you ever notice that some girls are like ohh yeah i like dad bods, dad bods are the best, i don’t want a ripped chiseled body. But these are the same girls who always prefer the guy, the six foot tall chad with ripped six pack abs. 

That’s why it is number one on my list. Getting a good physique is the first thing that will make you stand out from the others by having this kind of glow up.

2. Go to the Gym.

Regular exercise not only helps you to glow up but also boost your confidence. Building some muscles is always a good way to glow up. 

You don’t need to be the strongest person, but losing fat and gaining lean muscle while also increasing your cardio and strength can make a huge difference on your physique and overall glow up of your appearance. 

3. Skincare routine.

You need to take care of your skin for the sake of having a glow up. Skincare, especially on the face, is important to helping you look your best and reducing skin dullness and acne. The first thing that people always look at while talking to you is your face. So you have to take care of it. 

People’s behavior instantly changes in one second after seeing your face. If the guy is looking like a nerd with no facial attractiveness then after seeing them, they don’t prefer to be around them.

I know it is sad that this is the modern world right now, So we should not be like this. That’s why you should always have a skincare routine to improve your facial attractiveness to have a nice glow up.

4. Morning Routine.

Here is what you can do every morning. You just have to keep your skincare routine simple so that you can do it easily without trying so hard for it. 

Just wash your face with a cleanser, and then moisturize your face and apply a small amount of sunscreen to your face. That’s it. 

You just have to follow this, but cut the sunscreen part in the evening. This will help you to boost your glow up game on a whole new level.

5. New Hairstyles.

Did you grow out your hair the same way when you were a kid? For guys, that is rather common, and the haircut looks good most of the time.

Still, try to switch things up a bit for a glow up. Try copying some of the year’s most fashionable haircuts and hairstyles. Consider trying to grow out your hair to achieve a completely different style. 

You need to style your hair differently as you have a new haircut. Try doing a few styles until you find a hairstyle you like, or stick to recreating the hairstyle of someone whose hair is similar to yours. 

6. Tweezing your Eyebrows.

Tweezing isn’t just for women. No one wants to deal with someone with two fuzzy caterpillars on their head, or a giant unibrow. 

You can completely change the way you look by tweezing the extra hair around your eyebrows. 

Make sure to groom yourself regularly from keeping your facial hairs neat and tidy to trimming your nails to have a good looking glow up. 

7. Always smell good.

There is nothing more seductive to girls than smelling amazingly. Don’t forget to maintain your personal hygiene as well.

Make sure your mouth hygiene is always good. Make sure you are dressed properly. 

8. Shower Daily.

Start showering regularly, Use deodorant on your armpit & balls. Use a cologne that you like and try to smell good always.

When the girl walks by you and you get hit with that amazing smell then she will find it irresistible. So keep a good hygiene, it will boost your confidence. 

9. Clothing style.

Updating and adding some new clothing to your wardrobe can make a huge difference in your appearance. 

Athletic wear and sweatpants may be comfortable, but they don’t show off your style, and they don’t show that you put effort into your appearance. 

Instead, find a style that you like and have wanted to try for so long. To start, try and copy people’s styles, like old money style, baggy style, 90’s style etc.

And, eventually, you can start adding your own touch to your style. I recommend using the right color which goes with everything. 

10. Get a ton of sleep.

Go for 7-8 hours of sleep each night and limit your exposure to blue light an hour before bedtime. Also not all 8 hours are the same. 

Sleeping at 4 AM and waking up mid-afternoon might technically be 8 hours, but it’s not nearly as refreshing. Sleep at an appropriate time for an awesome glow up.

11. Clean up your diet.

Eat whole foods. Your daily diet should include fruits, vegetables, lean meats, and complex carbohydrates.

Invest in a cooker if you hate cooking or don’t have the time for it. It’s the most effective investment you will ever make. This will help you to achieve the glow up that you were looking for.

12. Clean your Mouth.

This is how your mouth should be cleaned. First things first: twice a day, brush your teeth. 

First, after taking a shower in the morning, and second, after taking a shower in the evening. Any supermarket toothpaste with a mint flavor would work well. 

Remember to scrape your tongue as well as brush your teeth. Due to the chance that food particles could get stuck at the back of your tongue, causing bad breath. So you should also scrape that off.

13. Wash your hair.

Next is to wash your hair. A lot of you guys have really smelly hair. And it’s all oily because you are going out all the time and going to play a sport or to the gym. 

So you need to wash your hair. Just wash the hair every 3 days with a shampoo and a conditioner. 

When you don’t want to wash your hair just use a conditioner only to minimize the frizziness of your hair which can cause hair fall.

14. Have confidence in your body

Last but not least, confidence is shown by the right clothing and posture. 

To feel confident in your body, you don’t need to have the “perfect body.” If you carry yourself properly, love yourself, and wear nice clothes, people will be attracted to you.

This helps create an attractive personality because it shows that you’re comfortable with yourself and that makes others comfortable around you.
