Let’s start with the food you should eat and avoid eating. The common mistake most men make is that they focus on the skin care routine only Without paying attention to what they feed their bodies.

There are some foods that work wonders for your skin, like walnuts, carrots, avocados & tomatoes. Tomatoes are basically superfoods for your skin.

Now let’s talk about the essentials to get a healthy glowing skin.
First, you need to determine your skin type. So here we have four types of skin.
Dry skin has a lack of moisture and can have a flaky, tight, or irritating feel.
Oily skin, Excessive oil production on the skin can result in greasy, glossy skin with increased pores.
Combination skin is a combination of oily and dry skin, with an oily area on the chin, forehead, nose, and dry cheeks.
Skin that is balanced and normal with equally flat smoothness and little pores. I believe that if you are reading this, you already have one of the three.
The complicated skin care routine is stressful, and it is also time consuming. So by keeping the skin care routines simple, you’re making it easier and you can still get those great results.
You definitely don’t want to have a complicated skin care routine, especially when you are just starting out.
If I was starting a journey to have a glowing skin, then this is all I would do.
I’ll Wash my face with a proper face wash. not a bar of soap or a body wash and not with hand soap but with face wash.
Because the skin on your face is more delicate and sensitive than the skin on your hands or your arms. And these products are made for that specific type of skin. And the face wash is made with the ingredients that gently targets the areas.
For example, aloe vera for irritation & sun damage. Jojoba Oil to Hydrate and reduce acne breakouts. And cucumber to reduce dark spots.
You have to wash your face two times in the day, first in the morning and once at night before going to sleep. Keep it very simple and easy.
And if you’re serious about your skin, then I highly recommend you to do this. Don’t be so aggressive on your skin. All of that fooling and rubbing is bad for your skin in the long run.
Pro tip, don’t use hot water to cleanse your face and avoid scrubbing your face as that will dry your skin. The problem with cleansing your face and I’m sure you felt this before. After you wash your face your skin feels kind of dry.
It almost feels a little bit stiff. That’s because you’re cleansing your face from those dirt particles and all that junk and pollution. But it also strips away some of those natural oils leaving your skin feeling dry and irritated.
So to combat that, you’re gonna need to add a layer of moisturizer when you’re done washing your face. That’s gonna replenish your natural glow and it hydrates your skin and it creates a protective barrier from those dirt particles that we don’t want. Which will help you get a glowing skin.
Sunscreen is the most important step of this entire process. As much as we need the sun to survive, it also damages our skin from UV rays. The sun is the skin’s worst enemy.
Exposure to UV rays Will cause wrinkles, sun damage and sunspots. And if you think you can skip the sunscreen Because it’s not sunny outside, Think again.
About 80% of the UV rays can penetrate clouds and reach your skin. So you should use sunscreen with at least SPF 30 daily. And re apply it every 2 to 3 hours if you’re sweating or swimming.
